The structure is manufactured indoors in a factory-like setting, with unique characteristics and top-notch quality which is well designed for small spaces-approx. 400 to 600 SQF. Benefiting from Free Volt PV Graf™ solar panels, Swift Lodge units are built with environmentally friendly materials and practices. Regarding natural light enhancement and energy saving features, the technology of installing triple glazing windows and glass walls, in which there is three panes of glass built into a window, and each air gap is also filled with argon which is heavier and less conductive than normal air makes it even tougher for energy to move through, reducing heat loss. Chief Executive Officer
I am a Professional civil engineer and assume the CEO position. I bring more than 20 years of experience in large scale systems design, installation and testing hydraulic and control systems of machinery and equipment, and developing technical buildings. I am currently a PHD candidate in Civil Engineering and obtained my master’s degree in Hydraulic structures in 2019. As the CEO, I will mainly take over the project management, and allocating material and financial resources for each project.
Chief Technology Officer
I am a Professional Civil Engineer and hold the CTO position. I bring extensive level of knowledge in Infrastructural and constructional sites demonstrated by nearly 20 years of experience. As the CTO, I offer strategies to evaluate the newest and most innovative technologies at civil and construction capacity, and determine how these can help my organization, and constantly be on the lookout for developments that could benefit our work.
Mehdi Gholami Zarandi
Chief Operations Officer
I am a Professional Architect and assume the COO position. I obtained my Master’s degree in Architecture, and I offer over 20 years of experience in controlling projects from conception to completion. As the COO, I will measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally in order to find a way to improve Swift Lodge operations.
Chief Product Officer
I am an expert in Project Management and assume the CPO position. I offer 8 years of solid experience in Project Management capacity, with a strong knowledge of construction design, planning, and construction administration. As the CPO, I will define product requirements and roadmaps, including things such as feasibility, time, cost, and impact, and ensuring that they are in line with Swift Lodge’s vision and strategy.
